摘要:
目的 探究四联疗法联合胃苏颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子和胃肠激素的影响。方法 将南城县人民医院2021年6月-2023年6月接收的62例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按随机数字表法分为研究组31例和对照组31例。对照组应用四联疗法治疗，研究组在对照组基础上应用胃苏颗粒进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平[C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）]、胃肠激素水平[促胃泌素（GAS）、胆囊收缩素（CCK）、胃动素（MTL）]、不良反应（便秘、恶心呕吐、上腹部不适、肝功能损伤）发生率。结果 与对照组相比，研究组治疗总有效率更高（P＜0.05）。与治疗前相比，两组治疗后血清炎性因子水平均降低（P＜0.05），且与对照组相比，研究组血清炎性因子水平更低（P＜0.05）。与治疗前相比，两组治疗后GAS、CCK水平均降低，MTL水平均升高（P＜0.05），且与对照组相比，研究组GAS、CCK水平更低，而MTL水平更高（P＜0.05）。与对照组相比，研究组不良反应发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 胃苏颗粒+四联疗法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果确切，能够减轻患者炎性反应，有效调节患者胃肠激素水平，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of quadruple therapy combined with Weisu granules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones. Methods By using the random number table method, 62 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis received by Nancheng County People’s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into a study group (31 patients) and a control group (31 patients). In the control group, patients were treated with quadruple therapy, while in the study group, they were treated with Weisu granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factor levels [C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6)], gastrointestinal hormone levels [gastrin (GAS), cholecystokinin (CCK), motilin (MTL)], incidence of adverse reactions (constipation, nausea and vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort, liver function injury) were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the study group were lower (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of GAS and CCK in the two groups were decreased after treatment, and the level of MTL was increased (P<0.05), while compared with the control group, the levels of GAS and CCK in the study group were lower, while the level of MTL was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Quadruple therapy+Weisu granules has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients, effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones, and has high safety.
