摘要:
目的 检测儿童视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病患者IL-6及免疫球蛋白水平,探讨二者的相关性。方法 选取2019年1月-2023年12月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院的20例儿童视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病患者为观察组,选取同期20例儿童非炎症性神经系统疾病患者为对照组,采用SPSS26.0软件进行统计学分析,比较两组IL-6水平及免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE水平,并探讨二者的相关性。结果 观察组IL-6水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IgG、IgM、IgE水平低于对照组,IgA高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6水平较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗前后免疫球蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组IL-6与IgG呈中等程度负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6在视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病的发病机制中起到了一定的作用,且与免疫球蛋白(IgG)具有一定的相关性。
Abstract:
Objective To detect the levels of interleukin-6 and immunoglobulins in patients with pediatric neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD), and to explore their correlation. Methods From January 2019 to December 2023, 20 children with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the observation group, and 20 children with non-inflammatory neurological disorders were selected as the control group. SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The levels of interleukin 6 and immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, IgM and IgE were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the two was discussed. Results The level of interleukin 6 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IgG, IgM and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and IgA was higher than that in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-6 in the observation group was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment in the observation group (P>0.05). There was a moderate negative correlation between IL-6 and IgG in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion IL-6 plays a certain role in the pathogenesis of neuromyelitis optica spectrum diseases, and has a certain correlation with immunoglobulin (IgG).
