摘要:
目的 分析近10年甘肃省医学科技期刊研究的进展与趋势，探讨存在的问题及解决策略措施。方法 以主办单位位于甘肃省，具有CN号的7种医学科技期刊为研究对象，在CNKI期刊全文数据库检索2014年1月-2023年12月的发文数据，采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6对各期刊基本办刊情况及发文量、发文机构、作者群分布、研究热点进行可视化分析并绘制图谱，总结存在的问题并提出改进策略。结果 甘肃省医学科技期刊均为中文刊，主办单位多为医科院、高校，涉及医学综合、临床医学、中医学等各个学科领域，核心期刊占比较少，中医类期刊占比较高；从载文机构来看，发文作者和机构以主办单位的研究团队为主，其他作者或研究机构较为分散，未形成良好的合作类团。词频分析显示，癌症、中医药、预后、生活质量等医学热点前沿是该省医学科技期刊载文的热点研究领域，各期刊研究热点与期刊学科属性密切相关。结论 该省医学科技期刊学科分布广泛，中医类期刊占比较多，研究热点紧跟医学前沿，但期刊级别普遍较低、发文作者和机构主要集中在主办单位，各期刊尚未形成合作助力，应注重顶层政策设计，加强特色内容和集约化建设，充分利用地理优势，相互合作，共谋发展，共同进步。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the progress and trends of medical scientific journals research in Gansu Province over the past decade, discuss the existing issues and strategies for resolution. Methods Focusing on 7 medical scientific journals with a CN number and based in Gansu Province as the research subjects, this study retrieved publication data from December 2023 to January 2014 for these journals from the CNKI periodical full-text database. CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was used to conduct a visual analysis of each journal’s operational fundamentals, publication volume, contributing institutions, author distribution, and research hotspots, and a mapping was created. Finally, identified the existing problems and proposed strategies for improvement. Results All medical scientific journals in Gansu Province were Chinese journals. The sponsors were mostly medical colleges and universities, involving various disciplines such as medical comprehensive, clinical medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine. The core journals accounted for a relatively small proportion, and the traditional Chinese medicine journals accounted for a relatively high proportion. From the point of view of the institutions, the main authors and institutions were mainly based on the research team of the organizers, while other authors or research institutions were more dispersed and had not formed a good cooperative group. The word frequency analysis showed that the frontiers of medical hotspots such as cancer, traditional Chinese medicine, prognosis and quality of life were the hot research fields of the articles published in the medical journals of the province. The research hotspots of each journal were closely related to the subject attributes of the journal. Conclusion Medical scientific journals in this province have a wide distribution of disciplines, with traditional Chinese medicine journals holding a relatively large proportion. The research focuses closely follow the forefront of medical science, yet the overall journal ranking is relatively low. Authors and institutions mainly concentrated within the organizers, and the journals have not yet formed a cooperative assistance. There should be an emphasis on top-level policy design, taking a multifaceted approach to strengthen distinctive content and intensive construction, it is essential to make full use of geographical advantages, to cooperate with each other, and to seek common development and progress.
