摘要:
目的 基于CiteSpace对CKNI数据库与Web of Science数据库近10年不复苏决策的研究现状、研究热点和前沿进行可视化分析，为我国不复苏决策研究提供参考。方法 检索Web of Science（WOS）核心集、中国知网（CNKI）2013年1月1日-2023年12月31日收录的不复苏决策相关文献，运用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件对发文量、作者、发文机构和关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献11篇，英文文献962篇。该领域发文量整体呈上升趋势，进行不复苏决策研究的作者已经形成了明显的核心团队，发文量最多的国家为美国，主要研究机构为高等院校。研究热点主要集中在安宁疗护、共同决策、预立医疗指示等。结论 目前我国不复苏决策研究相对局限，研究主题有待拓展。未来的研究可以加强跨学科合作，扩大研究群体，如脑卒中患者、慢阻肺患者，并关注安宁疗护、预立医疗照护计划等热点问题。同时，仍需要开展大规模、高质量研究，提出更加有力的证据，从而提高患者生存质量。
Abstract:
Objective To visually analyze the research status, research hotspots and frontiers of do-not-resuscitate order in CKNI database and Web of Science database in recent 10 years based on CiteSpace, so as to provide reference for the research of do-not-resuscitate order in China. Methods The core set of Web of Science (WOS) and the literature related to do-not-resuscitate order included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2023 were searched. CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to visually analyze the number of articles, authors, publishing institutions and keywords. Results A total of 11 Chinese literatures and 962 English literatures were included. The number of publications in this field was on the rise as a whole. The authors who conducted research on do-not-resuscitate order had formed a clear core team. The country with the largest number of publications was the United States. The main research institutions were colleges and universities. The research hotspots mainly focused on palliative care, shared decision-making, advance directive, etc. Conclusion At present, the research on do-not-resuscitate order in China is relatively limited, and the research topics need to be expanded. Future research can strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation, expand research groups, such as stroke patients, COPD patients, and focus on hot issues such as palliative care and advance directive. At the same time, it is still necessary to carry out large-scale, high-quality research and put forward more powerful evidence to improve the quality of life of patients.
