摘要:
目的 分析数字化技术辅助治疗胫骨远端垂直压缩性骨折的临床疗效及对并发症的影响。方法 选取喀什地区第一人民医院2022年7月-2024年4月收治的胫骨远端垂直压缩性骨折患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取常规手术治疗,试验组采取骨科Mimics数字化技术辅助治疗。比较两组复位总有效率、手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间)、踝关节功能(活动度、功能、疼痛)及并发症发生率(伤口裂开、浅表感染、深部感染、皮肤坏死、骨折延迟愈合)。结果 试验组复位总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组踝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 数字化技术辅助治疗在胫骨远端垂直压缩性骨折患者中的临床效果确切,能够提高患者复位总有效率以及踝关节功能,改善患者手术指标,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of digital technology in the treatment of vertical compression fractures of the distal tibia and its influence on complications. Methods A total of 60 patients with vertical compression fracture of distal tibia admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Kashgar from July 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine surgery, and the experimental group was treated with orthopedic Mimics digital technology. The total effective rate of reduction, surgical indexes (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, hospitalization time), ankle function (range of motion, function, pain) and complication rate (wound dehiscence, superficial infection, deep infection, skin necrosis, delayed fracture healing) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of reduction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ankle function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of digital technology assisted treatment in patients with vertical compression fracture of distal tibia is definite, which can improve the total effective rate of reduction and ankle joint function, improve the surgical index of patients, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
