摘要:
目的 分析2010-2024年碳青霉烯耐药肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)的研究现状、热点及变化趋势,探索其发展方向。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)2010年1月1日-2024年2月27日CRE医院感染防控研究相关的核心期刊文献,利用Origin pro软件进行文献增长规律及来源期刊分析;利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件通过文献关键词共现、聚类及热点突变等网络分析方法识别CRE医院感染防控研究热点和趋势;通过文献被引频次分析揭示该领域的关键点和学科前沿。结果 共纳入文献275篇,近10年来发文量总体呈增长趋势。研究热点集中于耐药机制、感染控制和药物治疗三大方向。《中华医院感染学杂志》为发表相关研究的主要期刊,核心作者及研究机构间的合作网络呈现出较强的协作性。“医院感染”“耐药性”和“危险因素”为研究高频关键词;聚类分析识别出10个主要聚类,其中“抗菌药物”和“医院感染”聚类质量最高。时间演化显示,研究热点由“早期耐药性”和“医院感染”逐步转向“危险因素”“儿童”等特定人群及风险评估领域,近年聚焦于“感染”机制的探讨。结论 CRE医院感染防控研究近年来发文量持续上升,耐药机制、感染控制和药物治疗为主要研究热点,精准防控策略在未来具有重要发展前景。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status, hotspots, and trends of CRE from 2010 to 2024, and explore its development direction. Methods The core journal literatures related to CRE hospital infection prevention and control research from January 1, 2010 to February 27, 2024 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) were retrieved, and the Origin pro software was used to analyze the literature growth law and source journals. CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to identify the research hotspots and trends of CRE nosocomial infection prevention and control through network analysis methods such as literature keyword co-occurrence, clustering and hotspot mutation. Through the analysis of literature citation frequency, the key points and frontiers of this field were revealed. Results A total of 275 literatures were included, and the number of literatures published in the past 10 years showed an overall increasing trend. The research focused on three directions: drug resistance mechanism, infection control and drug treatment. Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology was the main journal publishing related research, and the cooperation network between core authors and research institutions showed strong collaboration. "Nosocomial infection" "drug resistance" and "risk factors" were the high-frequency keywords; cluster analysis identified 10 main clusters, of which "antibacterial drugs" and "nosocomial infection" had the highest clustering quality. Time evolution showed that the research focus had gradually shifted from "early drug resistance" and " nosocomial infection" to "risk factors" "children" and other specific populations and risk assessment fields. In recent years, it had focused on the discussion of "infection" mechanism. Conclusion In recent years, the number of publications on the prevention and control of CRE nosocomial infection has continued to rise. Drug resistance mechanism, infection control and drug treatment are the main research hotspots. Accurate prevention and control strategies have important development prospects in the future.
