摘要:
目的 研究手术室护士腹腔镜手术空间管理能力的培训的意义。方法 对我院2016年12月~2017年12月24名手术室护士进行腹腔镜手术空间管理能力培训，比较培训前后手术室护士腹腔镜手术空间管理水平、腹腔镜手术配合满意度。结果 培训后护士空间管理能力评分为（94.18±1.20）分，高于培训前的（87.02±2.30）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；培训后手术准备时间（24.70±3.11）min，短于培训前的（32.01±2.89）min，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；培训前手术配合满意度（88.90±2.56）分，低于培训后的（95.01±2.50）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对手术室护士开展腹腔镜手术空间管理能力培训，可提高腹腔镜手术空间管理能力，促进腹腔镜手术的配合，进一步提高医患满意度。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the significance of space management training for operating room nurses in laparoscopic surgery. Methods 24 nurses of operating room in our hospital were trained in space management ability of laparoscopic surgery from December 2016 to December 2017.The level of space management of laparoscopic surgery and the satisfaction with cooperation of laparoscopic surgery were compared before and after training.Results After the training,the score of nurses' spatial management ability was(94.18±1.20)points,which was higher than that before the training(87.02±2.30)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the surgical preparation time after training was(24.70±3.11)min shorter than before training(32.01±2.89)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before training,satisfaction with surgery(88.90±2.56)points was lower than that after training(95.01±2.50)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of laparoscopy space management ability for nurses in operation room can improve the space management ability of laparoscopic operation,promote the cooperation of laparoscopic operation,and further improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
