摘要:
舒林酸作为一种非甾体类抗炎药,近年来研究发现,非甾体类抗炎药除了环氧合酶-2途径外,其可以通过许多非COX-2依赖性途径发挥抗肿瘤的作用,但具体机制尚不清楚。本文就舒林酸抗肿瘤的机制及临床研究进行综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, sulindac has been found in recent years, in addition to the cyclooxygenase-2 pathway, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can exert anti-tumor through many non-COX-2 dependent pathways.But the specific mechanism is still unclear. This article reviews the mechanism and clinical research of sulindac anti-tumor.
