摘要:
本文对国内外医患会话研究进行整理分析，总结了各方研究的特征和特色，指出我国研究者主要从医患会话的语言结构特征和语用功能学等方面进行分析；国外研究者主要从提高医患沟通技巧，增加疾病治疗效果层面研究医患会话。并提出了目前研究中存在问题和不足，包括国内研究人员背景单一，语料疾病谱不够细致。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the doctor-patient conversation research at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics and characteristics of the various studies, points out that Chinese researchers mainly from the language structure of doctor-patient conversation and pragmatic functions and other aspects of analysis;Foreign researchers mainly study doctor-patient conversation from the aspects of improving communication skills and increasing the effect of disease treatment.It also points out the problems and shortcomings in the current research,including the single background of domestic researchers and the lack of detailed disease spectrum of corpus.
