摘要:
总结1例创伤后骨髓炎的治疗过程，探讨纯次氯酸冲洗液在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌感染伤口的应用效果。结合前期治疗过程、检查资料，重新设计治疗方案，以减少机体耐药和肝肾损害、改善肢体功能、促进愈合为目标，采用清创、冲洗吸引、纯次氯酸、湿性敷料抗感染引流、饮食调节、后期植皮等综合治疗，伤口完成愈合。
Abstract:
Abstract：The treatment process of 1 cases of posttraumatic osteomyelitis was summarized,and the effect of pure hypochloric acid irrigation solution on the wound of methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus resistant bacteria was discussed.Combine the pre-treatment process and examination data,redesign the treatment plan to reduce the body's resistance and liver and kidney damage, improve limb function,and promote healing.Use debridement,flushing attraction,pure hypochlorous acid,wet dressing to resist infection and drainage.Comprehensive treatment such as diet regulation,post-skin grafting,and wound healing.
