摘要:
为了促进优质医疗资源共享和医疗服务均等化，有效加强基层医疗机构服务能力，提高疑难重症救治水平，依托于互联网和儿科医联体，建立了远程医疗信息化平台，通过整合资源与优势互补，达到儿科医疗资源利用的最大化和居民就诊的合理分流的效果。
Abstract:
Abstract：In order to promote the sharing of quality medical resources and the equalization of medical services,effectively strengthen the service capacity of primary medical institutions,improve the level of difficult and intensive care,and rely on the Internet and pediatric medical associations to establish a telemedicine information platform,through the integration of resources and complementary advantages,achieve the maximization of the utilization of pediatric medical resources and the rational diversion of residents' visits.
