摘要:
本文主要介绍我院为加快门诊电子病历系统的上线进度，在系统上线中应用经典的戴明环管理方法。PDCA循环的实施，确保了系统上线的进度，增强了院内各科室间的沟通与协调，提高了门诊电子病历的使用率。
Abstract:
Abstract：This article mainly introduces the hospital's on-line progress to speed up the outpatient electronic medical record system,and applies the classic Deming ring management method in the system.The implementation of the PDCA cycle ensures the progress of the system on-line,enhances communication and coordination among departments within the hospital,and improves the use rate of outpatient electronic medical records.
