摘要:
目的 探讨补中益气丸联合思密达治疗老年高龄慢性腹泻患者的临床疗效，以期为高龄慢性腹泻临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 选取在重庆市人民医院就诊的老年高龄慢性腹泻患者74例，随机分为观察组39例和对照组35例。对照组患者给予口服思密达治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气丸口服，两组患者均连续治疗14 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、症状评分和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%，高于对照组的71.43%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组各症状评分均低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组症状总评分为（5.15±4.01）分，低于对照组的（9.09±5.84）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组各症状评分差值高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 补中益气丸联合思密达治疗高龄慢性腹泻临床疗效确切，能够有效缓解患者腹泻等临床症状，不良反应发生率低。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dioctahedral smectite in the treatment of senile patients with chronic diarrhea in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of senile chronic diarrhea.Methods 74 elderly patients with chronic diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=35).The patients in the control group were treated with oral dioctahedral smectite,the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated continuously for 14 d.The clinical efficacy, symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than that of the control group 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the symptoms in the observation group were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of the observation group was(5.15±4.01)points,which was lower than that of the control group(9.09±5.84),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference of symptom scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dioctahedral smectite in the treatment of senile chronic diarrhea has definite clinical curative effect,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as diarrhea of the patient and the like,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
