摘要:
目的 调查一起多名小学生在小饭桌就餐后出现呕吐、腹痛疫情，分析原因提出传染病防控措施。方法 搜索符合本次疫情病例定义人员信息，采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析，并通过RT-PCR进行核酸检测。结果 此次疫情报告病例68例，罹患率为7.02%，确诊病例18例，无重症和死亡病例。4份呕吐物为GⅡ型诺如病毒阳性。结论 本次为诺如病毒GⅡ型引起的感染性腹泻暴发疫情，应加强学校和相关机构的传染病防治知识宣传。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate an epidemic of vomiting and abdominal pain among pupils after dining at a dining table,and to analyze the causes and put forward the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases.Methods Searching for the information of the person who accorded with the definition of the epidemic case,analyze it by descriptive epidemiological method,and detect the nucleic acid by RT-PCR.Results 68 cases were reported,the incidence rate was 7.02%,18 cases were confirmed,there were no severe cases and death cases.4 vomit were G II norovirus positive.Conclusion This epidemic of infectious diarrhea caused by Norovirus GII type should strengthen the publicity of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge in schools and related institutions.
