摘要:
目的 通过调查教学医院医学英语的教学需求,了解调查对象医学英语的水平和学习情况。方法 随机整群抽取佛山市南海区人民医院134名本科实习生作为调查对象,采取问卷调查以及访谈相结合的形式采集与分析相关资料。结果 67.92%的调查对象很少了解或从未了解过医学英语,仅有1.49%的调查对象认为自己的医学英语水平较好,41.79%表示完全看不懂医学外文期刊、原著,92.52%表示较少或没有接触医学英语的机会。医学英语学习的关键依次为医学常用词汇(76.11%)、医学术语(66.41%)、医学基础知识(61.19%)、构词法(58.95%),学习的途径依次为网络学习(54.47%)、课堂学习(51.49%)、学术交流(44.02%)、小组讨论(31.34%)。结论 教学医院实习生医学英语水平参差不齐,医学英语的学习和运用情况较低。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the teaching needs of medical English in teaching hospitals,and to understand the level of medical English and the learning situation of the subjects.Methods 134 undergraduate interns in Nanhai District People's Hospital of Foshan city were randomly selected as the subjects.The relevant data were collected and analyzed by questionnaire and interview.Results 67.92% of the respondents had little or no knowledge of medical English,and only 1.49% of the respondents thought they had a good level of medical English,41.79% of the respondents said that they could not understand medical foreign language periodicals at all,92.52% indicated little or no exposure to medical English.The key points of medical English learning are medical vocabulary(76.11%),medical terminology(66.41%),basic medical knowledge(61.19%),word-formation(58.95%),and learning methods are e-learning (54.47%),classroom learning(51.49%),academic exchange(44.02%),group discussion(31.34%).Conclusion The medical English proficiency of intern in teaching hospital is uneven,and the learning and using of medical English is low.
