摘要:
目的 探讨手术室细节护理改善手术患者焦虑/抑郁情绪及降低并发症发生的效果。方法 选择2017年1月~2018年1月我院收治的102例手术患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组51例。对照组给予传统手术室护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予手术室细节护理。采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评价患者的负性情绪，记录两组患者术中、术后并发症情况及护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组患者SAS评分和SDS评分分别为（33.10±7.44）分和（33.25±7.71）分，低于对照组的（40.03±10.87）分和（39.20±9.43）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为1.96%，低于对照组的17.65%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度为96.08%，高于对照组的86.27%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室细节护理是对传统手术护理的优化，在改善手术患者负性情绪、减少并发症和提高护理满意度方面效果显著。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of operating room detail nursing on anxiety/depression in patients with surgery and to reduce the incidence of complications.Methods A total of 102 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional operating room care,and the observation group was given detailed nursing care of the operating room on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions of the patients were evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-rating Depression Scale.The intraoperative and postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were(33.10±7.44)and(33.25±7.71), respectively,which were lower than the control group(40.03±10.87)and(39.20±9.43),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.96%,which was lower than that in the control group 17.65%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.27%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room detail care is an optimization of traditional surgical care,which is effective in improving negative emotions,reducing complications and improving nursing satisfaction.
