摘要:
目的 探索体检人群UA与脂肪肝的相关性。方法 选取我院2017年7月~12月参加体检人群2505名为研究对象,统计高尿酸血症的检出率,并与脂肪肝检出率开展Logistic多元回归分析,分析UA与脂肪肝的相关性。结果 高尿酸血症检出率为20.96%,其中男性(27.32%)高于女性(9.65%)。脂肪肝的检出率为31.22%,脂肪肝组与非脂肪肝组患者的年龄、BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FBG以及UA等临床指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在未校正其他影响因素时,高尿酸血症患者脂肪肝的患病风险增加至3.036倍,对其进行多因素校正后患病风险仍增加至1.704倍。Pearson相关分析发现,UA与BMI、血压、血脂等指标呈明显正相关(轻度相关,P<0.01)。结论 高尿酸血症为脂肪肝的独立相关危险因素,脂肪肝的检出率随UA增高而逐渐升高。UA可能与超重、高血压、高血脂共同作用增加脂肪肝风险,提出进行高尿酸血症健康教育工作,以降低高尿酸血症发病率及其危害。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between UA and fatty liver in the physical examination population.Methods A total of 2505 subjects in our hospital from July to December 2017 were enrolled in this study.The detection rate of hyperuricemia was statistically analyzed.Logistic multiple regression analysis was performed with the detection rate of fatty liver to analyze the correlation between UA and fatty liver.Results The detection rate of hyperuricemia was 20.96%,of which males(27.32%)were higher than females(9.65%).The detection rate of fatty liver was 31.22%.The age,BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FBG and UA were compared between the fatty liver group and the non-fatty liver group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the uncorrected other influencing factors,the risk of fatty liver increased to 3.036 times in patients with hyperuricemia,and the risk of disease increased to 1.704 times after multi-factor correction.Pearson correlation analysis found that UA was positively correlated with BMI, blood pressure,blood lipids and other indicators(mild correlation,P<0.01).Conclusion Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for fatty liver.The detection rate of fatty liver increases with the increase of UA.UA may work with overweight,hypertension,and hyperlipidemia to increase the risk of fatty liver,and propose health education for hyperuricemia to reduce the incidence and harm of hyperuricemia.
