摘要:
目的 探讨主被动音乐环境对手术患者血管紧张素系统的影响。方法 选取2017年10月~2018年2月在我院进行外科手术的患者120例，采用简单随机化方法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予主被动音乐环境护理，比较两组患者护理后PRA和AngⅡ水平、VAS疼痛评分及HAMA评分。结果 护理后，观察组PRA和AngⅡ低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理后VAS疼痛评分和HAMA评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 主被动音乐环境可改变患者全身血管紧张素水平，有效缓解患者紧张、恐惧等不良情绪，创造良好的手术环境，以积极的状态配合手术，从而促进手术顺利完成。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of active and passive music environment on angiotensin system in surgical patients. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from October 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care.The observation group was given active and passive music environment care on the basis of the control group.The PRA and AngII levels, VAS pain score and HAMA score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group PRA and AngII were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain score and HAMA score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active and passive music environment can change the level of systemic angiotensin in patients,effectively relieve the patient's nervousness,fear and other negative emotions,create a good operating environment,and cooperate with the operation in a positive state,thus facilitating the successful completion of the operation.
