摘要:
在精神卫生领域，社会工作者与志愿者合作为精神障碍患者提供志愿服务，能够改善患者的就诊体验、优化医疗服务。文章解释了精神卫生社会工作者与志愿者协作服务模式，阐述了协作服务模式中社会工作者与志愿者的关系，并就协作服务模式中志愿服务范畴、志愿者管理与培训、志愿服务项目的运作、志愿者保护等进行了分析。
Abstract:
In the field of mental health,social workers work with volunteers to provide volunteer services for people with mental disorders,which can improve the patient experience and optimize medical services.The article explains the collaborative service model of mental health social workers and volunteers,expounds the relationship between social workers and volunteers in the collaborative service model,and discusses the scope of volunteer service,volunteer management and training,and volunteer service projects in the collaborative service model.The operation and volunteer protection were analyzed.
