摘要:
目的 探讨替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗转移性乳腺癌的疗效及其对血清HER2、VEGF、CA72-4表达水平的影响。方法 将我院2016年1月~2017年12月收治的64例转移性乳腺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组给予希罗达联合多西他赛治疗，研究组给予替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及对血清HER2、VEGF及CA72-4水平的影响。结果 研究组的总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；研究组的血清HER2、VEGF及CA72-4水平改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗MBC的临床效果好，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules combined with docetaxel in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer and its effect on serum HER2,VEGF and CA72-4 expression levels.Methods 64 patients with metastatic breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was given Xeloda combined with docetaxel.The study group was given Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules combined with docetaxel treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and the effects of serum HER2,VEGF and CA72-4 levels were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of serum HER2,VEGF and CA72-4 levels in the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tegafur,Gimeracil and Oteracil Porassium Capsules combined with docetaxel in the treatment of MBC has a good clinical effect and high safety.
