摘要:
目的 将品管圈活动应用在手术安全的核查管理工作中，分析应用效果。方法 选择2016年7月~12月在本医院就职的8名医护人员，开展品管圈活动，并在实施品管圈活动前后分别抽查手术例数250例和364例，统计开展品管圈活动前后的手术安全核查不合格率、目标达成率和进步率。结果 开展品管圈活动后的手术安全核查不合格率为11.00%，低于开展品管圈活动之前48.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；本次品管圈活动的目标达成率及进步率分别是126.71%和77.08%。结论 在手术安全的核查管理工作中应用品管圈活动可有效降低安全核查不合格率，提高医务工作人员的安全核查意识。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle activity in the operation safety verification.Methods From July to December 2016, 8 medical and nursing staff in our hospital were selected to carry out quality control circle activity,250 cases and 364 cases of operation were checked before and after the quality control circle activity.The unqualified rate, target achievement rate and progress rate of operation safety verification before and after the quality control circle activity were counted.Results The unqualified rate of operation safety verification was 11.00%, lower than that of 48.00% before the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The achievement rate and progress rate of the quality control circle activity were 126.71% and 77.08% respectively.Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in the operation safety verification management can effectively reduce the unqualified rate of safety verification and improve the safety verification consciousness of medical staff.
