摘要:
了解2007~2016年四川省攀枝花市仁和区流行性腮腺炎流行特征,为预防控制提供依据。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对仁和区流行性腮腺炎监测资料进行分析。结果 2007~2016年仁和区共报告流行性腮腺炎1127例,平均年发病率为48.40/10万。全年共有2次流行高峰,分别为5月份~7月份和10月份~次年1月份,城镇发病率高于农村(P<0.05),男性高于女性(P<0.05),发病年龄集中在15岁以下, 学生和幼托儿童是发病主体人群。结论 应对重点人群采取相应措施,以降低流行性腮腺炎发病率。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of epidemic parotiditis in renhe district, panzhihua city, sichuan province from 2007 to 2016, so as to provide basis for prevention and control. Methods The surveillance data of epidemic parotiditis in renhe district were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results From 2007 to 2016, a total of 1127 cases of epidemic parotiditis were reported in renhe district, with an average annual incidence of 48.40/100,000. There were two epidemic peaks in the whole year, which were from May to July and from October to January of the following year. The incidence rate in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas (P<0.05), and that in males was higher than that in females (P<0.05). The age of onset was mainly under 15 years old,students and young children are the subject of the disease. Conclusion Measures should be taken to address key populations to reduce the incidence of epidemic parotiditis.
