摘要:
目的 研究卵泡发育及辅助生殖促排卵中促黄体生成素的作用。方法 回顾分析2016年5月~2017年5月在我院进行促排卵的94例不孕症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组采用重组人卵泡刺激素,观察组在对照组基础上采用促黄体生成素,对比两组患者血清指标及卵泡发育情况。结果 观察组患者血清黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者获卵数、成熟卵子数、优质胚胎数明显高于对照组,观察组妊娠率、种植率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卵泡发育及辅助生殖促排卵中,促黄体生成素可有效促进卵泡的发育,提高临床妊娠率,值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the role of luteinizing hormone in follicular development and assisted reproductive ovulation.Methods From May 2016 to May 2017,94 infertile patients who underwent ovulation promotion in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone and the observation group with luteinizing hormone on the basis of the control group.The serum indexes and follicular development of two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,serum luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) levels were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients in the observation group the number of oocytes,mature oocytes,the number of high-quality embryos was significantly higher than the control group,the observation group the pregnancy rate,implantation rate was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The follicular development and ovulation in assisted reproduction,luteinizing hormone can promote follicular development,improve the clinical pregnancy rate,it is worthy of popularization and application.
