摘要:
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗对浆液性乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法 选取九江市妇幼保健院2015年1月~2017 年10月乳腺科及门诊收治的46例浆液性乳腺炎患者，随机将患者分为两组，每组23例，西医治疗组采用临床西医包括手术等方案进行治疗，中西医结合治疗组在西医的基础上联合中药进行治疗，统计分析两组临床治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗后，对比数据发现，中西医结合治疗组总治疗总有效率为91.30％，高于西医治疗组的78.26％，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗在临床治疗浆液性乳腺炎中效果显著，值得推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on serous mastitis.Methods 46 cases of serous mastitis were selected from breast department and outpatient clinic in Jiujiang MCH Hospital from January 2015 to October 2017.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,23 cases in each group.The western medicine treatment group was treated with clinical and western medicine,including surgery,and the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group was treated on the basis of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine,statistical analysis of two groups of clinical treatment effect.Results After comparing the data of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%,which was 78.26% higher than that of the western medicine treatment group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable effect in the clinical treatment of serous mastitis,and it is worth popularizing.
