摘要:
目的 探讨分析会阴无保护接生技术联合心理疏导在自然分娩中的应用。方法 选择曲靖市妇幼保健院2015年~2016年待产初产妇120例， 其中 60例应用会阴无保护接生技术联合心理疏导为实验组，另外60例应用传统方法接生为对照组，对两组会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率对比。结果 数据统计结果表明实验组会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、产后出血量均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 会阴无保护接生技术联合心理疏导，通过稳定产妇情绪，指引产妇积极主动配合分娩，增加产妇自然分娩的信心，减少会阴裂伤,降低会阴侧切率，符合自然分娩、绿色分娩的理念，值得临床研究推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the application of perineum unprotected delivery technique combined psychological counseling in natural delivery.Methods The Qujing Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital in 2015~2016 predelivery primipara 120 cases, including 60 cases of application of unprotected perineum delivery technique combined with psychological counseling for the experimental group,the other 60 cases had used the traditional method as the control group,the two group rate of perineal laceration and episiotomy rate comparison.Results Data statistics showed that the perineal laceration rate,perineal side cutting rate and postpartum hemorrhage volume in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Unprotected perineum delivery technique combined with psychological counseling,the stable maternal mood, guide actively with maternal childbirth, increase maternal natural childbirth confidence,reduce perineal laceration, reduce episiotomy rate,with natural childbirth,childbirth green concept,it is worthy of clinical promotion research.
