摘要:
目的 分析加速康复外科护理对胃大部切除术患者胃肠道功能及生活质量的影响。方法 选择本院2016年7月~2017年7月接收的60例胃大部切除术患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式，研究组采用加速康复外科护理，分析两种护理方式对患者胃肠道功能及生活质量的影响。结果 研究组患者肛门排气时间、初次排便时间、肠鸣音发生时间及初始摄食等指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组生活质量总体健康评分优于对照组患者[（94.11±4.23）分vs（75.21±2.13）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 加速康复的外科护理应用于胃大部切除术患者，可促进患者胃肠道功能的恢复，提高患者生活质量，临床效果佳，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy.Methods 60 patients with subtotal gastrectomy received in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing mode and the study group adopted accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing.The effects of two nursing methods on gastrointestinal function and quality of life were analyzed.Results The anus exhaust time,the first defecation time,the onset time of bowel sound and the initial intake of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the overall health score of the study group was better than that of the control group[94.11±4.23)vs(75.21±2.13)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical nursing of accelerated rehabilitation is applied to patients with subtotal gastrectomy.It can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life of patients.
