摘要:
目的 分析我院2014年~2016年质子泵抑制剂的使用情况。方法 利用HIS系统，对我院2014年~2016年PPIs的用药金额、使用频度和日均费用等进行统计分析。结果 2014年~2016年我院质子泵抑制剂总的用药金额程逐年增长趋势，2016年与2015年相比降低6.91万，3年间我院使用的PPIs不同生产厂家及品规共计7个，其中注射剂3个、口服制剂4个；金额排名前三的是注射用泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑和兰索拉唑肠溶片；3年间兰索拉唑肠溶片、注射用泮托拉唑DDDs分别位居1、2位，使用频率高；注射用泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑DDC较高，排序比均小于1表明2种药品价格水平较高。结论 注射用泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑用药金额较大等不合理现象。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the use of proton pump inhibitors in our hospital from 2014 to 2016.Methods Using HIS system, the sum of money,frequency and daily average cost of PPIs used in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed statistically.Results From 2014 to 2016,the total dosage of proton pump inhibitors in our hospital increased year by year.In 2016,the number of PPIs used in our hospital decreased by 69,100 compared with 2015.In 3 years,there were 7 different PPIs manufacturers and regulations used by our hospital, including 3 injections and 4 oral preparations;The top three in the amount was pantoprazole for injection,omeprazole,and lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets;for three years,lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets and pantoprazole DDDs for injection were ranked in the first and second positions,respectively.The use frequency is high;Pantoprazole and omeprazole DDC were higher for injection, and the ordering ratio was less than 1,indicating that the price level of the 2 drugs was higher.Conclusion The amount of pantoprazole and omeprazole for injection is unreasonable.
