摘要:
目的 观察胶原蛋白面膜在面部激素依赖性皮炎治疗中的有效性。方法 选取2015年5月~2018年1月我院200例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者，采用随机数表法分为治疗组103例和对照组97例。治疗组采用胶原蛋白面膜联合口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊、羟氯喹治疗，对照组单纯口服复方甘草胶囊、羟氯喹治疗，观察两组患者治疗有效率及不良反应情况。结果 治疗组治疗有效率为89.32%，高于对照组的72.16%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗后两组患者均未出现明显不良反应，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 胶原蛋白面膜联合复方甘草酸苷胶囊、羟氯喹治疗面部激素赖性皮炎疗效确切，可修复皮肤屏障功能，提高治疗效果，不良反应少，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy of collagen mask in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods 200 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis from May 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(n= 103)and control group(n=97).The treatment group was treated with collagen mask combined with oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules and hydroxychloroquine,and the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhiza capsules and hydroxychloroquine,and the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 89.32%,which was higher than that in the control group 72.16%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and there was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Collagen mask combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsule and hydroxychloroquine are effective in the treatment of facial hormone leisurely dermatitis,which can repair the function of skin barrier and improve the therapeutic effect.
