摘要:
传染病疾病谱不断变化,经典的传染病现已少见,新发传染病又往往呈地区流行,没有真实的临床感知,仅靠传统的单一教材施教显然不能满足传染病学临床教学的需要。通过传染病学案例教学法(CBL)和以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)相结合,改革传染病学教学方法,能够提升教学效果,并就上述教学改革方法在五年制卓越医师班教学中的实践进行了总结和分析。
Abstract:
Abstract:The disease spectrum of infectious diseases is constantly changing.Classical infectious diseases are rare nowadays.New infectious diseases are often epidemic in the region.There is no real clinical perception.It is obvious that traditional single teaching materials alone cannot meet the needs of clinical teaching of epidemiology.Through the combination of epidemiological case teaching (CBL)and problem-based teaching(PBL),the reform of epidemiological teaching methods can improve teaching effectiveness,and teaching the above-mentioned method of teaching reform in a five-year system of outstanding physicians' classes.The practice was summarized and analyzed.
