摘要:
目的 探讨椎弓根钉内固定术联合活血祛瘀汤治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年12月~2017年12月我院65例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象，根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组32例和研究组33例，对照组行常规椎弓根钉内固定治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合口服活血祛瘀汤治疗，比较两组患者的手术效果、手术前后椎管侵占率及Cobb 角变化。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（93.34% vs 75.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术前两组椎管侵占率、矢状面Cobb角比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05），术后随访3个月，两组椎管侵占率、矢状面Cobb角均降低，且研究组低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 椎弓根钉内固定术联合活血祛瘀汤有助于改善患椎侵占情况及椎体高度，疗效确切，在胸腰椎骨折的治疗中具有重要应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pedicle screw fixation combined with Huoxue Quyu decoction for fractures of vertebra thoracalisand lumbalis.Methods From December 2016 to December 2017,65 patients with fractures of vertebra thoracalisand lumbalis in our hospital were selected as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(32 cases)and study group(33 cases).The control group was treated with conventional pedicle screw internal fixation.The patients in the study group were treated with oral Huoxue Quyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The effect of operation,the rate of vertebral canal invasion and the change of Cobb angle before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(93.34%vs75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups of spinal canal occupying rate and the sagittal Cobb angle before operation(P>0.05).The postoperative follow-up was 3 months,the two groups of vertebral canal embezzlement and the sagittal Cobb angle were reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pedicle screw internal fixation combined with Huoxue Quyu decoction is helpful to improve the vertebral invasion and vertebral body height,and has an important value in the treatment of fractures of vertebra thoracalisand lumbalis
