摘要:
在门诊服务台部署导医机器人,开展导医机器人的研究及应用,通过构建导医知识库标准体系,不断训练和提升导医机器人能力,探索导医机器人的最佳应用场景,尝试导医机器人替代人工服务的可行性。中国科技大学附属第一医院经过近1年的实践,使导医机器人回答问题准确率达90%以上,目前已开始尝试在周日用导医机器人替代护士导诊。
Abstract:
To deploy medical robots at the outpatient service desk, to carry out the research and application of medical robots, to build a standard system of medical knowledge bases, to continuously train and enhance the ability of guiding medical robots, to explore the best application scenarios of medical robots, and to try to guide medical robots. The feasibility of replacing manual services. After nearly one year of practice, the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China has enabled the medical robot to answer more than 90% of the questions. At present, it has begun to try to replace the nurses with medical guide robots on Sunday.
