目的 分析PFNA系统治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法 选择2014年1月~2016年12月我院收治的94例老年股骨转子间骨折患者，随机分为参照组与研究组，各47例。参照组患者予以DHS系统治疗，研究组患者予以PFNA系统治疗，对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间及Harris评分。结果 两组患者Harris评分优良率分别为91.49%、87.23%，组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组患者手术时间（61.46±4.33）min、骨折愈合时间（10.86±2
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of PFNA system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods 94 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the aged patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group, 47 cases each. The patients in the reference group were treated with DHS system. The patients in the study group were treated with PFNA system. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, hospitalization time and Harris score were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good Harris scores of the two groups were 91.49% and 87.23%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The operation time of the study group was (61.46±4.33) min and the fracture healing time was (10.86±2.09)weeks.The weekly and hospital stay (15.92±1.19) d were shorter than the (77.11±5.27) min, (14.30±2.07) weeks, (19.51±1.01) d of the reference group, The intraoperative blood loss (63.94±11.62) ml was less than the reference group (127.01±13.35) ml, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the complication rate of the study group was lower than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PFNA system is suitable for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. The operation time is short, the intraoperative blood loss is small, the fracture healing time is short, the hip function is recovered well, and the operation safety is high.
