目的 分析近年来大肠癌的临床和流行病学特征。方法 回顾性调查我院2011年7月~2016年6月经病理证实的全部原发性大肠癌住院病例1163例，统计患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤好发部位和病理组织类型等情况。结果 1163例大肠癌住院病例男女比例1.11∶1；发病平均年龄（63.28±13.03）岁，以高龄人群为主。1163例共检测出1203个病灶，其中单病灶1125例（96.73%），多病灶38例（3.27%）。1203个病灶部位分别位于直肠494例（41.06%），左半结肠393例（32.67%），右半结
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of colorectal cancer in recent years. Methods A total of 1163 patients with primary colorectal cancer confirmed by pathology from July 2011 to June 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. The gender, age, tumor location and pathological type of the patients were statistically analyzed. Results The ratio of male to female in 1163 cases of colorectal cancer was 1.11:1; the average age of onset was (63.28±13.03) years old, mainly in the elderly. A total of 1203 lesions were detected in 1163 cases, including 1125 cases (96.73%) with single lesions and 38 cases (3.27%) with multiple lesions. The 1203 lesions were located in 494 cases (41.06%) of the rectum, 393 cases (32.67%) in the left colon, and 316 cases (26.27%) in the right colon. The pathological types of all ages are mainly adenocarcinoma, but the proportion of mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma with higher malignancy in young cases is more. With the increase of age, the prevalence of colorectal cancer in the female case is shifted to the right, and the proportion of cases with right colon cancer is increased, and the incidence rate is higher than that of males. Conclusion While cultivating good eating habits and life behaviors, regular screening should be carried out for high-risk populations to effectively detect early colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions, so that early diagnosis and treatment can be done, and the mortality and morbidity of colorectal cancer can be reduced.
