摘要:
肝切除术后肝功能衰竭(PHLF)是部分肝切除术后出现的危及患者生命的主要并发症。以生化参数和成像特征的形式及时识别PHLF的术前预测因子是至关重要的。术后患者生存率的提高得益于个体化的术前评估、切除肝体积的精准性选择、全面了解术后可预期的病理和生理变化。本综述旨在总结PHLF发生的预测因素,探讨未来研究方向。
Abstract:
Liver failure (PHLF) after hepatectomy is a major complication that threatens the life of a patient after partial hepatectomy. It is important to identify the preoperative predictors of PHLF in the form of biochemical parameters and imaging features.The improvement of postoperative patient survival rate is due to the individualized preoperative evaluation, the precise selection of the resected liver volume, and a comprehensive understanding of the pathological and physiological changes that can be expected after surgery. This review aims to summarize the predictors of PHLF occurrence and explore future research directions.
