摘要:
目的 调查新疆石河子地区政府部门的干部心理健康状况及影响因素，为今后有针对性的予以心理干预建立基础。方法 采取方便抽样，用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对石河子地区政府部门80名干部进行调查。结果 石河子地区干部SCL-90总分＞160的共计10人（12.50%），各因子分和中国常模相比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05），其中人际关系敏感、敌对因子分低于全国水平，躯体化、抑郁、强迫、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性7个因子与常模比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论 石河子地区管理干部总体心理健康水平与全国心理筛查情况基本一致，但在本次调查中的SCL-90各项因子中，领导干部的“抑郁、强迫、焦虑、人际关系、敌对”等心理问题比较突出。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of government officials in the Shihezi area of Xinjiang, and to establish a basis for targeted psychological intervention in the future.Methods A convenient sampling was conducted, and 80 cadres of government departments in Shihezi District were investigated with the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results The total score of SCL-90 in the Shihezi area was >160 (12.50%). The scores of the factors were statistically different from those of the Chinese norm (P<0.05).Among them, the interpersonal relationship sensitivity and hostility factor were lower than the national level. There were no significant differences between the seven factors of somatization, depression, coercion, anxiety, terror, paranoia and psychosis (P>0.05). Conclusion The overall mental health level of the management cadres in Shihezi area is basically the same as that of the national psychological screening. However, among the SCL-90 factors in this survey, the leading cadres' "depression, coercion, anxiety, interpersonal relationship, hostility" and other psychology is more prominent.
