摘要:
目的 研究系统护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2017年8月~2018年8月在我院接受治疗的94例慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，各47例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予系统护理干预，比较两组患者临床疗效、汉密尔顿焦虑量焦虑、抑郁评分以及生活质量（遵医嘱服药、合理饮食、规律作息、定期复查）改善情况。结果 观察组总有效率为93.61%，高于对照组的74.46%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组降低优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 慢性及胃溃疡患者在常规护理基础上给予系统护理干预，可有效提高临床疗效，改善患者生活质量，预防和减轻不良心理，促进疾病的有效治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of systemic nursing intervention on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 47 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical efficacy, Hamilton anxiety anxiety, depression score and quality of life (according to doctor's advice, reasonable diet, regular schedule, regular review) were compared. Results The total effective rate was 93.61% in the observation group, which was higher than that in the control group (74.46%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic and stomach ulcers receive systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, which can effectively improve clinical efficacy, improve patients' quality of life, prevent and alleviate bad psychology, and promote effective treatment of diseases.
