摘要:
目的 探讨夜戴型非球面角膜塑形镜对波前像差的影响。方法 选取2015年5月~2017年12月我院收治的青少年近视患者80例,均配戴非球面角膜塑形镜,比较患者戴镜前与戴镜后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月球差、三叶草、散光、角膜曲率。结果 非球面角膜塑形镜戴镜后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月球差、三叶草、散光、角膜曲率均低于戴镜前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非球面角膜塑形镜对球差、三叶草、散光影响小,降低角膜曲率,可有效控制近视。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of night-wearing aspheric keratoplasty on wavefront aberrations. Methods A total of 80 adolescent myopia patients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. All patients were treated with aspheric keratoplasty. The patients were compared before wearing glasses and wearing glasses for 1 week, 1 month and 3 months, 6 months, 12 months of spherical aberration, clover, astigmatism, corneal curvature. Results After 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, the spherical aberration, clover, astigmatism and corneal curvature of the aspheric keratoplasty were lower than those before wearing the lens,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Aspheric keratoplasty has little effect on spherical aberration, clover and astigmatism, and reduces corneal curvature, which can effectively control myopia.
