目的 调查佛山和广州两个地区女性HPV病毒感染情况和分型特点。方法 选取2018年1月1日~12月31日广州和佛山送检医院在我检验中心进行检测的12571例由医院妇产科医生采集宫颈脱落细胞放入专用细胞保存液的取样管中送检标本，采用PCR-膜杂交法进行HPV基因分型检测，并分析其分布特征。结果 12571例标本中HPV阳性者2559例，感染率20.35%，佛山和广州的HPV阳性率分别为：27.63%、17.12%；两地HPV高危型别阳性率排名前5的型别均为：51、52、58、53、16；不同阶段年龄组比较HPV感染率差异有统计学意义，两地均在≤20岁组和＞50组阳性率高；两地女性HPV感染均以单一型别感染为主，单一型别感染占比佛山78.86%、广州72.94%。结论 佛山和广州两地的HPV感染情况大致相同：两地女性人群HPV感染均以单一型别感染为主，感染高危型别集中在51、52、58、53、16五个型别，低龄化人群阳性率高。有必要进行HPV感染的预防和定期筛查工作。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the characteristics and classification of HPV infection in women in Foshan and Guangzhou.Methods From January 1st to December 31st, 2018, 12571 cases were collected from the inspection center of Guangzhou and Foshan in our inspection center. The hospital was collected by a hospital obstetrician to collect cervical exfoliated cells into a special cell preservation solution. Specimens were tested by HPV genotyping using PCR-membrane hybridization and their distribution characteristics were analyzed. Results Among the 12571 specimens, 2559 were HPV-positive, the infection rate was 20.35%. The positive rates of HPV in Foshan and Guangzhou were 27.63% and 17.12%, respectively. The top 5 HPV high-risk positive rates in the two regions were: 51 52, 58, 53, 16; the difference of HPV infection rate in different age groups was statistically significant. Both groups had high positive rate in ≤20 years old group and >50 group; HPV infection in both women was infected with single type mainly, single type infection accounted for 78.86% of Foshan and 72.94% of Guangzhou. Conclusion The HPV infections in Foshan and Guangzhou are almost the same: HPV infection in female populations in both places is mainly single-type infection, and high-risk infections are concentrated in 51, 52, 58, 53, 16 and 5 types. The positive rate of the population is high. Prevention and regular screening for HPV infection is necessary.
