摘要:
目的 以鼻咽癌教学查房为例,对多学科教学查房模式在全日制本科医学生培养中的应用效果与价值进行综合评价与分析。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年4月进入我院实习的广西医科大学全日制本科临床系医学生100名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50名。对照组采用传统单一科室教学查房,实验组采用多学科联合教学,通过问卷调查,理论及临床技能考核进行教学效果的评价。结果 在临床分析、学科前沿及新进展、教学态度等方面,实验组评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在基础知识、治疗原则和前沿进展方面,实验组得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多学科联合教学查房有助于提高教学查房的效果。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect and value of multi-disciplinary teaching round-study mode in full-time undergraduate medical students by taking the nasopharyngeal cancer teaching rounds as an example. Methods A total of 100 medical students from the full-time undergraduate clinical department of Guangxi Medical University, who entered our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 in each group. The control group used the traditional single department teaching ward round, and the experimental group used multi-disciplinary joint teaching to evaluate the teaching effect through questionnaires, theoretical and clinical skills assessment.Results In the clinical analysis, frontiers and new developments, teaching attitudes, the experimental group score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of basic knowledge, treatment principles and frontier progress, the scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary joint teaching rounds can help improve the effectiveness of teaching rounds.
