摘要:
二甲双胍属于临床最常用的药物之一，主要通过轻度抑制线粒全呼吸链复合物，从而激活磷酸腺苷活化蛋白激酶（AMPK），减少肝脏葡萄糖输出，具有显著的降糖效果，还在多种疾病的治疗中发挥作用，如肿瘤疾病、大血管并发症、促甲状腺素激素水平、保护脑组织与心脏等，均有针对性治疗效果。临床对二甲双胍药物作用与药理机制研究较少，不能充分展现其临床效果。故本研究主要针对二甲双胍药理作用及其机制研究作一综述，为临床用药提供参考与借鉴，从而提高临床用药效果。
Abstract:
Abstract：Metformin is one of the most commonly used drugs in the clinic. It activates the adenosine-activated protein kinase (AMPK) by a slight inhibition of the mitochondrial total respiratory chain complex, which reduces liver glucose output and has significant hypoglycemic effect. It plays a role in the treatment of various diseases, such as tumor diseases, macrovascular complications, thyrotropin hormone levels, protection of brain tissue and heart, etc., all of which have targeted therapeutic effects. There are few studies on the effects and pharmacological mechanisms of metformin in clinical practice, and the clinical effects cannot be fully demonstrated. Therefore, this study is mainly to review the pharmacological effects and mechanism of metformin, and provide reference and reference for clinical drug use, so as to improve the clinical drug effect.
