摘要:
目的 探索术中三维直视精准复位下胫腓联合关键技术研究。方法 选取2018年7月~2019年2月我院收治的下胫腓联合分离患者20例，参照下胫腓联合处解剖标志点进行术中三维直视解剖复位下胫腓联合并螺钉固定，术后CT检查下胫腓联合复位效果。结果 通过直视解剖标志点复位下胫腓联合，20例患者术后CT检查均获得下胫腓联合准确复位。结论 通过术中直视复位下胫腓联合处的解剖标志点及术后踝关节CT证实下胫腓联合可通过三维直视解剖标志点得到简单有效的精准复位。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the key techniques of intraoperative three-dimensional direct vision accurate reduction.Methods 20 patients with lower jaw combined with separation were enrolled in our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019. Three-dimensional direct anatomical reduction and iliac crest combined with screw fixation were performed with reference to the anatomical landmark of the lower jaw joint. After CT examination, the combined reduction effect of sputum.Results The sacral joint was restored by direct anatomical landmarks. The postoperative CT examinations of 20 patients were combined with accurate reduction of the lower jaw.Conclusion The anatomical landmarks of the iliac crest joint and the posterior ankle joint CT confirmed by intraoperative direct reduction can be used to obtain a simple and effective accurate reduction through three-dimensional direct anatomical landmarks.
