目的 本研究旨在了解康复医学住培学员在康复轮转过程中,接受改良版迷你临床演练评测(mini-CEX)方案对其临床能力的提升效果。方法 选择2017年1月~2018年10月在我院参加规范化培训的住院医师28名,进行迷你临床演练评测,重点评测体现学员核心能力的七项指标,包括医疗面谈、功能评估、康复计划、沟通能力、人文关怀、组织效能和整体适应;并对评测结果进行分析。结果 28名学员在科室规范化培训过程中均完成了4次mini-CEX评测,七项评估内容均较之前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第四次评测中,功能评估、康复计划及人文关怀项得分分别为(7.07±0.72)分、(7.04±0.67)分、(7.29±0.66)分,均达到优秀等级。结论 改良mini-CEX应用于康复医学住培带教中,有助于住培学员实际临床能力的提升,在康复医学核心能力提高和人文关怀上效果较为突出。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of the improved (mini-CEX)program on the clinical ability of rehabilitation students in the rehabilitation process.Methods A total of 28 residents who participated in standardized training in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected to conduct mini-clinical drill evaluation. The key indicators were to evaluate the seven indicators that reflected the core competence of the students, including medical interviews, functional assessment, rehabilitation programs, communication skills, human care, organizational effectiveness and overall adaptation; and analysis of the results.Results 28 students completed four mini-CEX evaluations in the standardized training process. The seven evaluations were improved compared with the previous ones,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the fourth evaluation, functional evaluation scores of rehabilitation program and humanistic care items were (7.07±0.72), (7.04±0.67), and (7.29±0.66), respectively.Conclusion The improved mini-CEX is used in rehabilitation and medicine training, which helps the students to improve their clinical ability. It is more effective in improving the core competence of rehabilitation medicine and human care.
