摘要:
目的 研究保心汤对稳定型心绞痛患者血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及心率（HRV）变异性的影响。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月在我院诊治的96例稳定型心绞痛患者临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合保心汤治疗，比较两组治疗前后VEGF、24h动态心电图HRV的变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%，高于对照组的77.08%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后对照组血浆VEGF（95.41±11.22）pg/ml与治疗前（93.56±13.01）pg/ml对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组血浆VEGF（112.11±13.98）pg/ml较治疗前（94.36±12.03）pg/ml升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组心率变异性（SDNN、SDANN、SDNN Index、rMSSD、pNN50）均较治疗前改善，且观察组改善优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 保心汤可以改善患者心率变异性，提高血浆VEGF水平，进而可促进冠脉侧支循环的建立，进一步促进患者的康复。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Baoxin Decoction on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and heart rate (HRV) variability in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with stable angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from January 20 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with Baoxin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of HR and HRV in dynamic electrocardiogram of VEGF and 24h before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than that of the control group 77.08%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma VEGF (95.41±11.22) pg/ml and the pre-treatment (93.56±13.01)pg/ml,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The plasma VEGF (112.11±13.98) pg/ml in the observation group was higher than that before treatment (94.36±12.03) pg/mL, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)and higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the heart rate variability (SDNN, SDANN, SDNN Index, rMSSD, pNN50) was better than that before treatment, and the observation group improved better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Baoxin Decoction can improve heart rate variability and increase plasma VEGF level, which can promote the establishment of coronary collateral circulation and further promote the rehabilitation of patients.
