摘要:
目的 分析淋巴结冰冻切片的影响因素，以提高淋巴结冰冻切片质量。方法 收集我院2016年1月~2018年12月临床送检的331例乳腺癌术中前哨淋巴结冰冻切片，通过对取材、包埋、制片等各个环节的分析，探讨冰冻制片中出现的问题，总结冰冻切片的操作技巧和改良方法。结果 331例前哨淋巴结冰冻活检中，有2例出现假阴性，石蜡切片病理诊断发现微转移灶2 mm。其余冰冻切片质量较好，组织结构完整，细胞形态清晰，染色分明，少有冰晶形成。结论 通过规范操作细节调整改进，制作高质量冰冻切片，对诊断乳腺癌前哨淋巴结是否转移特异性较高，是一种较为可靠而快速的诊断方法。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the influencing factors of frozen section of lymph nodes to improve the quality of frozen sections of lymph nodes. Methods The frozen sections of sentinel lymph nodes in 331 cases of breast cancer were collected from January 2016 to December 2018 in our hospital. Through the analysis of various aspects such as material extraction, embedding, and film production, the problems in frozen film production are discussed, and the operation techniques and improvement methods of frozen section are summarized.Results The 331 cases of sentinel lymph node biopsy, 2 cases had false negatives. The pathological diagnosis of paraffin sections revealed a micrometastase of 2 mm. The remaining frozen sections have good quality, complete tissue structure, clear cell morphology, distinct staining, and few ice crystal formations.Conclusion It is a reliable and rapid method to diagnose high-quality frozen sections by standardizing the operation details and improving the high specificity of sentinel lymph node metastasis.
