摘要:
医院后勤管理作为医院综合管理的重要组成部分，是提高临床满意度的基础与关键，目前已成为每个医院的工作重点。要提高临床满意度，必须转变后勤管理的观念，将信息化手段与医院实际情况相结合，实现后勤服务的高效性、可追溯性、可统计性及全流程闭环管理。本文提出的后勤信息化服务平台，可以对医院人、财、物精细化管理，实现后勤服务质量的可测量、可评价、可控制，有效提升后勤服务的精神面貌与临床满意度，提高医院的核心竞争力。
Abstract:
As an important part of hospital comprehensive management, hospital logistics management is the basis and key to improve clinical satisfaction, and has become the focus of each hospital. To improve clinical satisfaction, we must change the concept of logistics management, combine information technology with the actual situation of the hospital, and achieve the efficiency, traceability, statistic and round-robin management of logistics services. The logistics information service platform proposed in this paper can refine the management of hospital people, finances and materials, realize the measurable, evaluable and controllable quality of logistics service, effectively improve the mental outlook and clinical satisfaction of logistics services, and improve the hospital’s core competitiveness.
