目的 讨论慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者健康心理控制源与自我管理的相关性,为改善其自我管理水平,提供新思路。方法 随机抽样法选取湖南省两所三级甲等医院的128例CHF患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、多维度健康心理控制源量表(MHLC)、心力衰竭自我管理量表进行研究。结果 MHLC三个维度得分分别为(23.41±3.05)分、(24.16±2.58)分、(21.52±4.25)分;自我管理总分为(50.16±8.25)分,得分率为64.46%。内控性和有势力他人得分与心力衰竭自我管理量表得分均呈正相关(P<0.01);机遇得分与心力衰竭自我管理量表得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者的健康心理控制源在一定程度上对其自我管理有重要影响,可以在为护理人员给患者提供具有针对性的护理措施上,提供一定的理论指导。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the correlation between health psychological control sources and self-management in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), and to provide new ideas for improving their self-management level. Methods A total of 128 CHF patients in two tertiary hospitals in Hunan Province were selected by random sampling. The general data questionnaire, multi-dimensional health psychological control source scale (MHLC) and heart failure self-management scale were used. Results The scores of MHLC in three dimensions were (23.41±3.05), (24.16±2.58), and (21.52±4.25), and the self-administration score was (50.16±8.25). The score was 64.46%. The scores of internal control and powerful others were positively correlated with the scores of self-management scale of heart failure (P<0.01); the scores of opportunity were negatively correlated with the scores of self-management scale of heart failure (P<0.01). Conclusion The source of health psychological control in patients with CHF has an important influence on self-management to a certain extent. It can provide some theoretical guidance for providing nursing staff with targeted nursing measures.
