摘要:
随着改革开放的深入、城市化进程的加速，我国当代社会也具有了个体化的特征。中国的个体化进程不仅加速了社会经济分化，社会关系也陷入越来越工具化和碎片化的危险。社会信任和道德共识的推广成为一个紧迫的道德和社会问题。反映在医学生医德教育上，面临着错位规则、医患失语和道德空洞的教育难题。面对这些难题，医学院校德育工作者可以探索从完善社会道德向个体道德内化的机制、发挥医学史教育的作用、开展“共同体验”教育，加强医学生医患沟通的意识和能力、重视对医学生“博物学情怀”的培养等方面进行有效医德教育。
Abstract:
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of urbanization, China's contemporary society also has individualized characteristics. China's individualization process has not only accelerated the socio-economic differentiation, but also the danger of more and more instrumentalization and fragmentation. The promotion of social trust and ethical consensus has become an urgent moral and social issue. Reflected in the medical ethics education of medical students, it faces the educational problems of dislocation rules, doctors' aphasia and moral emptyness. Faced with these difficulties, medical college moral education workers can explore the mechanism of improving social morality to individual moral internalization, play the role of medical history education, carry out "common experience" education, and strengthen the awareness and ability of medical students to communicate with patients. Pay attention to the effective medical ethics education for the cultivation of medical students' "natural knowledge".
