摘要:
目的 探讨我国患者自我感受负担研究的热点与前沿，为我国患者的心理护理相关研究提供参考。方法 通过CNKI数据库检索2008~2018年自我感受负担研究相关文献，借助Citespace信息可视化软件进行图谱绘制与分析。结果 我国SPB相关文献总体发文量呈逐年上升趋势，尽管尚未形成研究作者与科研机构的协作网络，但是目前发展态势日趋强劲，科研实践活动不断深入；研究内容主要集中在SPB心理护理干预、现状调查、社会支持等领域。结论 目前，患者“自我感受负担”已引起国内学者的广泛关注，但仍需立足该领域的研究热点，加强作者、机构间的科研协作，全面提升研究质量，为促进患者心理健康，推进整体护理发展提供科学的参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the hotspots and frontiers of self-perceived burden research in Chinese patients, and to provide reference for psychological nursing related research in Chinese patients. Methods The CNKI database was used to retrieve the literature on self-perceived burden research from 2008 to 2018, and the mapping and analysis were carried out by using Citespace information visualization software. Results The total number of SPB related literatures in China has been increasing year by year. Although there is no collaborative network between research authors and research institutions, the current development trend is becoming stronger and the research and practice activities are deepening. The research content is mainly focused on SPB psychological nursing intervention and current situation investigation,social support and other fields. Conclusion At present, patients 'self-perceived burden' has attracted extensive attention from domestic scholars, but it still needs to be based on research hot spots in this field, strengthen research collaboration between authors and institutions, comprehensively improve research quality, promote patient mental health, and promote overall care. Development provides a scientific reference.
