摘要:
膝关节骨性关节炎是以患病率高、病变范围广、晚期功能障碍程度高为主要特点的一种临床常见疾病,多发于中老年人。主要是膝关节退行性改变,严重影响患者的日常生活质量。目前早中期膝关节骨性关节炎保守治疗方法很多,虽可以起到改善和延缓病情发展的作用,但仍有部分老年患者疗效欠佳。随着医疗技术的不断发展,一些新技术被应用到该疾病的非手术治疗领域,并取得了一定疗效,但不同治疗技术的治疗也有一定区别。本文对近年新的非手术治疗技术进行总结,为早中期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床非手术治疗提供依据。
Abstract:
Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical disease characterized by high prevalence, wide range of lesions and high degree of late dysfunction. It is common in middle-aged and elderly people. Mainly the degenerative changes of the knee joint, seriously affecting the quality of daily life of patients. At present, there are many conservative treatment methods for knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages. Although it can improve and delay the development of the disease, some elderly patients still have poor efficacy. With the continuous development of medical technology, some new technologies have been applied to the non-surgical treatment of the disease, and have achieved certain effects, but there are certain differences in the treatment of different treatment technologies. This article summarizes the new non-surgical treatment techniques in recent years and provides a basis for clinical non-surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages.
