摘要:
本文简要分析了当前医院医疗质量管理主要存在的问题，提出构建医疗质量数据中心，用技术手段及时甚至是实时提示或提醒医护人员关注医疗安全和医疗质量，根据数据规则即质量指标体系判断，及时向医护人员触发相关任务。并以输血质量管理为例，说明了建立规则的方法和步骤。通过构建基于医疗质量数据中心的医疗质量管理实践，以信息化手段加强医疗服务过程的质量预警、质量控制和质量追踪管理，对促进医疗质量的持续改进有重要意义。
Abstract:
This paper briefly analyzes the main problems existing in the current medical quality management of hospitals, and proposes to construct a medical quality data center, using technical means to promptly or even promptly remind medical staff to pay attention to medical safety and medical quality. According to the data rules, that is, the quality index system, timely Trigger related tasks to medical staff. Taking blood transfusion quality management as an example, the methods and steps of establishing rules are explained. By constructing medical quality management practices based on medical quality data centers, it is important to strengthen the quality warning, quality control and quality tracking management of medical service processes by means of informationization, which is of great significance to promote the continuous improvement of medical quality.
